haha went for dental this afternoon then was reading the Seventeen magazine there and came across some healthy recipes....so i went home and follow one, which was super easy, and i made my own POTATO CHIPS! :D :D im so genius! HAHAHAHAHA and its healthy too! okay i shall teach all you ppl to make it.
1) preheat oven at...175 degress celsius
2) slice potato into thin pieces (like potato chips)
3) lightly spread olive oil on the potato, and if you have dried rosemary (some kind of spice) but olive oil will do...dont spread too much nor too little
4) put in OVEN for abut 12 minutes
and WAHLAH! heh heh. oh yeah, oven is different from microwave
i should go join culinary club lor....and some more my home econs background not bad, sec 1 and 2 my nasi lemak and pizza respectively both won awards okay! the teacher took picture of my food! heh and i still rmbr the prize is super cheapskate, a box of diskettes worth $12.50, the price tag was still there lah. wdh. hello and now we dont even use diskette....we use thumbdrive. wah now so advanced...only a few years past leh. i bet next time is your fingerprint or smth. HAH.
anw i shall go redo my rosti one day. that time i tried making...but i used normal (indonesian) potato and egg (cos need to stick together), and it turned out to be potato omellete lah! wdh hahaha but still taste good of course. heh anw the actual one, chiewyong says, is american potato and milk ( for sticking together). haha
