i just discovered Woodlands station is a mere 20 minute train ride from Jurong east, and jurong east is just one stop away from clementi! that means i dont have to wake up THAT early to go to innova jc for those racial harmony anchor event rehearsals and so on! YAY! :D and i thought it was at the other end of singapore = malaysia! hahahahahaha yay ok innova jc is like how freaking big, they even have this street, complete with bazaar tent lining above you, like those you see in Clark quay! or maybe it's just SA that is so small. doesnt even have a lift for goodness sake.

went to cafe cartel for lunch after church today to celebrate james' birthday with the rest. then watched Da Vinci Code with claire bang kenneth joseph. YAY finally i watched it! i so wanted to catch it before this weekend cos next week im just too packed to do anything! and i want to catch Poseidon with Chuwen. and i cant wait for just my luck to be out. but considering my full june holiday schedule, i just have to wait for the dvd to come out ): but anyway, claire was explaining to me the whole story during the movie. anyway even though the movie is completely fictional and complete blasphemy, i think it questions your faith. i thought about it on the bus on the way home actually. instead of collapsing people's faiths, i think it actually strengthens them. hmm it's nonetheless a piece of good fiction which deserves more than the newspaper rating of 2 stars. pretty smart the way he figured out the codes and so on. hmm and thought provoking.
