Made Cinammon Raisin Muffins for mother's day. my mother ate one, commented it was too play and did not eat the rest. but its the thought that counts right. besides, not bad for first attempt k! Considering that i got the recipe from the Internet (unreliable source, tell me to put only 1 egg and the dough itself nth inside cos the cinammon sugar's for on top, and i put only 3 small packets of raisins cos they were expensive organic ones and i didnt want to waste them) I still followed the recipe faithfully k, Tsk. In the end the muffins were how hard and plain and the sugar made it look burnt. BUT, it smelt good, and tasted ok cos it was still abit sweet at the top.

To all who ate muffins: I applaud you for your bravery
and To those who didnt get to: Sorry they were so in demand (actually i only brought 3 to sch, 1 which noelle ate the entire thing cos i told her she must. HAHA), but don't worry, you will get to try more someday, I WILL BAKE SOON when i find the time to! i will practice til i become a world baker and i will let you all try the practice ones.

Practice makes perfect right, then i'll open a shop. doughnut franchise with winifred. hahaha actually i think can make quite alot of money cos our idea v original, got alot of business prospects.

ok i should get back to studying electrochemistry and ace this wednesday's test first.
